I ordered shirts from here for a bachelorette trip. I requested really, really light pink and asked they be white if light enough pink was not offered. There was no communication about any concern about the color pink requested. When I picked my shirts up they were pepto pink. I called asking to speak to a manager to see if we could do anything to fix the issue. The person I spoke to was very rude, and continued to cut me off when I calmly tried to explain my issue. She told me she would get a message to the manager, who was busy at the time of my call, and they would call back. That was 5 days ago and no word. I understand this is a busy season and many places are short staffed, but basic communication and kindness go a long way. I have used them several times over the years to make gifts for family and friends. They have quality shirts and materials at a really good price. They will help you with anything you need ( from colors to help designing) and get it done pretty fast ( usually a week or so depending on order size as they stay very busy.) They are super kind and willing to help find that perfect look. I just ordered a screen print style shirt and unfortunately there was an issue with how it came out. I’ve been a customer of Christy’s before The Blue Door even opened, and I couldn’t say anything bad about Christy. I’ve also always felt like the staff was friendly. My only issue lately is that I put in an order like 3 months ago, and I have texted the shop number and checked in on the order 3 times with no response back, so I just kind of gave up on the order. I honestly think it’s just because they’re so busy though that they probably lost track of getting back. I had to swap to Etsy again for now, but I’ll be trying to put the order in again soon.
