I called these guys after a bad experience with a tint place down the road, and they were absolutely amazing! The two guys that helped me out and saved me from the almost disaster thanks to the other guy down the road were named Tyler and Ashton! They even were able to fit me in immediately, even though they had an appointment at five and it was well after 3. They were very kind, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious to them that I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to tint on my car as this is my first car with tint, they walked me over to these things in their place that show and let you feel the difference with different tints. It was great! They took the time to show me and explain how it worked and could tell that the tint that I had taken off of my windows had faded and been there for years. They had ceramic tint available. They gave me the price for all windows, and as it was, I only NEEDED the two front windows of my Camaro re-tinted, they didn’t pressure me into getting more done. They went straight to work. They were kind, soft spoken and not pushy or rude in any way. They saw what I needed done, and just did it! They had great attitudes, and as I’m a very high anxiety, nervous person, they treated me so kindly. It was very much appreciated! I will be back to get the rest of my car done as soon as I can. I even went back the next day as I was concerned about some bubbles in one of the windows and they explained how the bubbles work themselves out with heat over time with heat, and within 72 hours, all of the bubbles were gone and the tint is great!! I can’t recommend them any more highly, they are so great! Thanks Tyler...
Read moreThis establishment was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them based solely on that fact. I walked into the business without a salutation or greeting. The shop manager, Tyler, was the individual who I interacted with first. He went through the difference between the different series of tints that I could purchase. However, after witnessing his interaction with another woman, I noticed he gave me the bare minimum. He did not let me feel the difference between the different series like he did with this particular customer. I, however, let this oversight go. After leaving my vehicle for a little over five hours, I called the shop just to check in with the progress. Tyler, once again, was the one who informed me that they were just starting on my vehicle because the front driver side window had previously been tinted. I was surprised because I was unaware of this fact which I stated to Tyler who proceeded to raise his voice at me, and state "MA'AM I'M NOT LYING TO YOU." I found this to be extremely disrespectful, and proceeded to tell him so once I retrieved my vehicle two hours later. Also, before speaking to Tyler the final time, upon walking up to the establishment my bluetooth from my phone connected to my car. The men who were working on my vehicle did not greet me once again, but snapped at me with a short "Disconnect your bluetooth." Again, another set of disrespectful and unprofessional individuals. I was not informed of any after keep, but I just so happen to read some of the rules that this establishment had lying on the desk. Overall, I regret spending my money with this business. Everyone I encountered was very...
Read moreHorrible experience. I brought my car here for a detail and window tint. First off the "manager" shouldn't be a manager at all. He was very rude from the beginning just because I wanted to ask questions and learn about exactly what I'm paying for but then after my car is finished there was some stuff on the detail that was missed that shouldn't have been and my tint had bubbles everywhere and even a rip at the bottom. I didn't see the tear until later but when I brought up the stuff I was told "I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it." These people need to learn basic customer service skills and learn how to run a business because this isn't it. This happened a couple of days ago so im writing this now because when I was told the "stuff" in my tint would go away after a couple of days and guess what?! Nope still there. Then to top it all off WHATEVER you do don't tip them for a detail unless you hand it directly to person that worked on your car. My main problem is with the management because the detail issues was a simple fix and they fixed it so of course I tip for all services. Well I tipped pretty good and I watched the manager (once again) pocket the money. That's all fine if you're gonna give it to the guys later on but after how I was treated something told me to go back and ask the detail guys if they got their tip so the next day I was driving by and they remembered me and of course they said they didn't receive anything. They need to learn that customers keep businesses going and to treat them with respect. I'll be taking my business elsewhere...
