Getting a repair order placed is a horrible experience. Either the rep can't speak or understand English, or the guy is deaf and cannot hear so he disconnects the call. Do NOT waste money for buying extended warranty on a lift chair. It will continously Break and repair is frustrating 😤 Update.... Read moreI’m very disappointed with Standard furniture in Gardendale. We placed an order early May 2020 and were told our order would arrive in 2 weeks. It is now late August and we have yet to receive our order. We have called multiple times and the staff is very unclear on what the delay is. The lack of transparency is unprofessional and the fact that I have to constantly reach out to them to question the delay is absurd.
