Garland Computers helped me out by building a great server. Thanks to them, I now have the computing power I need for my disease modeling simulations. They answered many questions I had to my satisfaction and gave me a very strong machine in a great price. Moreover, they went beyond and one of their technicians instructed me on some new features the machine had. I am adding more details to the above old review to recommend Garland computers to many others. After almost 3 years of use the machine I got from them needed fixing - it was working almost non stop for years - whenever I had issues I wrote an email to the Garland Computer team and they solved my problem and gave good advice. Whatever fix I needed was very affordable and with their help I was able to make scientific breakthroughs in modeling Diabetes and COVID-19. Thanks to them I still have High Performance Computing capabilities in a very affordable price. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
I want to add that I had to get the machine serviced - the staff was very helpful and professional as usual - before I interacted with the Garland Computers team I had little knowledge in those machines - they took the time to teach me all I need so I can now better handle a complex machine like this.

They sold me 16 Dell PCs recently, and most of them had issues, but it took me a while (about 2 months of troubleshooting) to finally give up on the PCs - 11 of them were behaving oddly if you let them run a while. When I was emailing the owner/manager (Joe Bell), I explained the extenuating circumstances, my long time affiliation with them, and this being the first time I was every taking anything back. I just went in today and was told that everything has been done online-only for years "since covid started". so either we have a lot of lying reviewers or we have a misinformed front desk. regardless, google listing needs to be edited to remove in-store shopping. looked over the website and nothing in there that i can find specifies that it is no longer in-store. still disappointing. will remove review upon google listing edit.
