I wasn't able to get my order because my card wouldn't go through to have my wide pick it up on the way home because we live in Carrollton. Called my wife to see if she had enough on her and she did not.
These people called me to ask if I still wanted the order and I stated I didn't not because she didn't have enough the owner I assume got on the phone and said something I don't believe I will ever here again. He said to just come in and pay what you can and that it was ok he will make the order and I could just pay the rest when I could. I could have paid all of it but the fact he was willing to make my entire order and give me it on whatever I could put down was just truly heart felt because I know it's not the first time he has offered and I'm sure it won't be the last. I will go out my way to eat here more often and let everyone know just how this place has great food and greater people running it. A true feeling of being touched by God by the men and woman of this establishment where I can get pizza and pasta and tacos on the side or the other way around and talk to some of the best people I have ever met is worth the drive and the wait. Thank you for the offer and had I needed it and could make it before yall closed then I would have paid the full amount and asked yall to give that blessing to someone who really deserved it. Thank you again for the wise lesson of a...
Read moreThis was my first experience with Pizza Louis. A small shop in a small Shopping Center, big on taste. I ordered a small pizza and the fajita french fries.
The pizza was good, with nice crispy melted cheese on top. The sauce wasn't overly acidic, and the dough was cooked correctly. Let me be honest here, this pizza isn't necessarily going to win any awards. But will I be ordering it again? Definitely. The price was good for the pizza, and I appreciate the reasonable prices for larger sizes unlike other pizza places. This was of Greek style pizza that I would get when I was younger in Connecticut, and still heads above a Domino's or Papa John's.
The fajita french fries were just amazing. Everything was just spot-on, from the size and cook of the French fries to the spice level of the pico de gallo. I had pastor as the topping, which was flavorful and lent itself very well to the other ingredients. The melted cheese was present, but didn't turn the french fries into a soggy mess. It was also big enough to be its own meal. And these are not your typical loaded french fries. They're something else, and that something else is excellent.
I would normally have some pictures here, but my food wasn't around long enough for me to even think about it. Super good. Highly recommended. Excited to try delivery so I get that...
Read moreOh My God the food was amazing. It's an interesting mix of Mexican and Italian food done well. My mom had the pepperoni pizza and the crust was nice and crispy while there was a fluffy dough. I had the side salad and veggie burrito. The side salad was fresh and the onions were flavorful. One of the workers brought out two types of hot sauce for me to use that brought the perfect level of spice. The veggie burrito itself was a good portion size and delicious. The restaurant itself was empty and clean, no dust in sight and all of the tables were spotless. The cashier was patient and knew the menu. She answered all of my mom's questions about the menu with no complaint and was quick and efficient when taking our order. 10/10 I plan on...
