Very unprofessional. I gifted my husband a massage for his birthday and he tried to schedule to have his massage this weekend. Friday they called him to see if he wanted to come in today as there was a cancelation. His appointment was at 10:30 and about 10 minutes before his appointment right when he was getting ready to pull in they called him to cancel his appointment with no further explanation as to why. Are you serious, 10 minutes before his appointment!!!! Extremely unprofessional.

I received a massage and sauna package for my birthday. My experience wasn't optimal, so I called the owner. She was absolutely wonderful and listened to my concerns. She agreed that it wasn't standard for their company and that the therapist was new to them. She offered to let me have a re-do and let me tell you....it was amazing! Sara gave me an intense 90-minute cupping and deep tissue massage followed by an infrared sauna that was heated up before I got in. I will definitely be back for both. When an owner really LISTENS to the client and corrects the issue (she either educated or removed the therapist - not my business), this is what makes a 5-star place.
