Buffaloe Landfill — Local services in Garner

Our companies have been bringing tree debris here for 20 years. After today, we will avoid this place. They charge double what their competition does, witch is fine. Showed up today at 4:46. They “officially close” at 4:45. Found the gate keeper washing up. He said “sorry we are closed”. I asked if he could make an exception this once. No can do! As a customer who spent $15k in cash here last year, I’m ticked and saddened. Apparently this individual, the usual money guy, has no drive to help a good customer. He pulled the same thing with one of my drivers last week. Who pulled up at 4:45... Said I could come back tomorrow at 7:00am. For some reason I wasn’t inclined to do that. Called the competition who is 30mins across town. They said “come on, we will have someone stay late to let you in.” That’s more like it! Asked the guy at the other dump if he was a part owner. He said no, but that the owner Dan would want him to take care of a good customer. Thank you Wall Recycling! You actually care about your good customers. Hope someone in the wonderful Buffalo Family reads this and helps the gate guy to understand how good business are run. We were fine paying double, but when I found we didn’t matter, we moved on.
