Dollar General — Local services in Gaston

Manager wants to question me over and over about an over charge that the cashier made holding up the line and pissing them off. Why the hell would I drive all the way back for a 3.85 over charge just to lie. It has happened several times and also get home paid for the item and the item not be in my bag. They need to train people and the cashier needs to stop talking to everyone else and focus on the customer checking out or better yet focus on ringing up the customers items and making sure...

DOLLAR GENERAL STORE # 1900 Too many other places to go than have to deal with a Store Manager who curses at me for HER MISTAKE. I pissed her off for questioning the overcharge. Most horrible customer service ever! I work too hard for my money to be insulted by ignorance. I am contacting corporate to reach the owner of this store and file a formal complaint. Not just stopping at this review. No telling how many other people SHE has been rude to. Not to be tolerated...

My experience is one of disappointment. I know that a certain amount of people don't take covid serious but I would expect the management of your store to.signs are posted telling people that they must wear a mask.yet a number of people don't.when we asked the cashier why they don't say anything.we were told that they have been told that they can't.no wonder covid is so bad.but then again maybe the owners of dollar general are just like...
