CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Gatesville

I wanted to share my experience in reference to this gas station with an employee by the name of Michael. He was a kind hearted gentleman, always polite to the patrons and he’s always got something nice to say. I have stopped here multiple times during a recent move up to Brown County. I didn’t always need fuel or sundries, but I stopped here because of how I was treated. Michael actually bought me a cup of coffee after I’d offered to pay for the police officer’s purchase. Unfortunately the police officer had to leave due to a call, but that didn’t stop Mike from buying me that cup of coffee. He simply stated to me that he thought it was rare that people were supporting the police and that they needed to be supported and cherished. I found this perspective of this young man to be more than rare. When I am going through Gatesville on Highway 36 I will always be stopping here. The pumps are easily accessible especially with long trailers, the pumps are always clean, the windshield washers are full and the bathroom is clean. The muffins are fresh and the drinks are cold and you will be amazed at how nicely you are treated here at a gas station and that makes this...

Nice selection and friendly employees. Gas prices are higher here, there is a Murphy's gas station (Walmart) down the road towards town a couple miles. They do have a coke nice selection of beverages and snacks. They are a Cefco so they have various deals on drinks and snacks. They do have a air machine available there. Seems a lot of stations...

I stopped here for a breakfast sandwich this morning. It ws cold! Not luke warm from sitting for a while. COLD! Like I pulled it out of the refrigerator. That's $5.40.
