Envy Divine Boutique — Local services in Genesee Charter Township

I had ordered 3 bags of coffee and pork rhinds and I have ordered in the past and coffee is always boxed and food for common sense reasons. Well order came in a regular plastic bag with my coffee smashed down to the grounds and my pork rhinds were crushed. I have email several times in a 3 or 4 day period and they our deflecting on the post office and will not rectify my 40 dollar order. Any other boutique would apologize for such stupidity and have sent out another order..Dont do business with people who dont own there mistakes to many other good boutiques out there..Reporting them to the Bbb and dispute in for paypal for trying to steal my money! BEWARE!!!! OWNER who responded is a liar they never asked for anything except the plastic bag sent and the smashed pkgs why would I send coffee grounds and dust of pork rhinds I would hope she would know what coffee grounds looks like... She offered nothing until this poor review and did not want to rectify a 42 dollar order all she was concerned about is that she thinks she won my PayPal dispute but she did not I put a dispute with my credit card company . It wasnt even her till the last email and now I know why everyone is so rude there it starts with this owner...She is self centered and mean...If she did what she said we wouldn't be here I will provide my credit card company with my pics like I did her. I was shocked to read some negative comments in regards to this boutique. I'm new to shopping online boutiques, so I have checked out a few different ones. Envy Divine sets themselves apart from other boutiques. They offer great deals and every item I have received has been exactly what has been described to be. Tiffany is a down to earth, kind, professional, honest, funny, and dedicated owner. She gives off great energy and good vibes! I would give negative stars if I could. I received one sweater that was turned inside out and smelled of bo. Another sweater was ripped. I commented in the vip group and my comment was deleted immediately. I emailed the business and was told I’d get a credit for one sweater but not the shipping and to send the stinky one back. By the time I paid the shipping and restocking fee my credit, because they won’t refund your money would be less than $8. So now I’m out $60. The owner seems very shady and rude on her lives.
