Terrible furniture store, hopefully not all locations are like this one but as ive done some research from multple review sites on the internet i can see its not just this location with poor customer service after purchasing items, but not to get to far off topic. Back in 2016 Me, my wife, and kids came into the store and purchased over 1600 dollars worth of furniture, had a good first impression everyone who was working that day was on it, helping us while we were being very indecisive, upon purchasing all my items one being a recliner for myself i was told by the manager to include the sales rep helping us that we were covered to 100% of any and all damages to our furniture for 5 years garunteed and both explained all we would need to do is call the store and they would handle the rest. Now i did have to purchase additional coverage from the company for all this to be possible but was never briefed that thats who i would need to handle business with after purchasing. I was told the exact opposite, to call their location being that i bought from them and they would handle the issue. But all being said, that day was not my issue, about 14 days ago Saturday before last i sat on my recliner that i had purchased and the arm unhenged from the frame and opened up for more room maybe it felt i needed it or something but i have no clue so im just going to assume its a manufacturer issue being that im not a wide load or a destructive person, neither are my 2 children or my wife, regardless if we were the warranty i was told i had would cover it all regardless even after reading it today it still says i would be covered, reading it off thier website and my reciept I still have in hand as i type this. So that monday the 13th to be exact my wife called in because i was very busy with work related issues, when she called she was immediately treated as if she was a bother and the with attitude the person speaking that day told her that our items warranty only covered rips and stains, and nothing else and didnt know what she was talking about basically treating her as if she was Retarded. Didnt expect this type of behavior being because the in person visit was the complete opposite. So of course, when she told me the story i had to call myself to understand. however, during the time i was still caught up getting stuff back on track at work i waited till today and me having some extra time to call them. When the phone was picked up as soon as they completed their scripted phone greeted i without hesitation told the gentleman the situation, Now obviously i was a little irritated being i was told they were trying to not honor their warranties they advertised to me from my wife. After telling him the issue with my recliner and the issue with the people being disrespectful to my wife the day she called he attempted to tell me welp still theyre not going to do anything and that their warranties are only for a year which the warranty in my hand has no experation date besides the one purchased being five years from purchase date and their company website has nothing on this as well atleast from what i could find. So i started to read my reciept to him from the warranty section on it so he would understand why im wasting my time with him but he assured me he could see the reciept and if i want to file a claim so bad then i could do it myself at Guardian the warranty company myself but their going to deny my claim too so it was up to me, and he didnt care. so i continued to ready it anyways because at this point i was being treated the same my wife was treated and the attitude i was recieving a from a store that promises 100% customer satisfaction was very unprofessional after i continued i heard him slam the phone the either a table or desk and walk away while i was dtill talking to tell someone in the background "here you wanna deal wuth this dude he wont shut up, i told him i dont need him to read the reciept to me and i can already see it" so another person who said he was the manager answered the phone and once again same...
Read morePART 1 If I could have done less than 1 star I would have. My experience with them has been horrible. To start, my sectional was out of stock and they didnt tell me until the day of delivery. Before the model arrived "Shannon" called me to let me know that the one that I wanted was ruined and that they could send me one but it would be about 2 months later. The other option was to get the sectional in a different color. I had already bought pillows and curtains to go with the color I had chose. She then said that she would send the ruined one and that if I got it and wanted to keep it they would take $300 off but if I didnt want it I could just use this one until they get a new one in stock to replace it. I was fine with this and let them deliver the sectional. When the sectional arrived I saw the damage in the back and it was not that bad but still not worth full price, so I called back and said that I would keep it and get the $300 taken off. 1 week later I called the financing company to see if the $300 had been taken off and it was not. I then called American Fright and the guy that I spoke to said he was wondering why I was getting $300 off and then mentioned "oh you have the floor model." I was not aware that I had the floor model, I was only told that the sectional was damaged a little. I then told him that I would just come up there because I wanted to see for myself if the floor model was gone.The next day I went there and the floor model was gone. YES they gave me the floor model that had been on the floor for months. I asked to speak to a manager who seemed to have an attitude and wouldn't even help me. Another gentleman helped me and apologized for the inconvenience. He informed me that a new sectional would be delivered the first week of July and I would not have to pay for the delivery fee. The professionalism of this place is horrible. I should have never been given a floor model, I should have never gotten the run around, and I should not be paying full price for something with this many problems. I have $90 coming out of my account every 2 weeks for a floor model sectional that multiple people have sat on. They are unorganized and Shannon and the store manager should be fired. They are not fit for their positions. I don't know how the store manager got his job. I will be sure to never purchase anything from here and I will leave a review everywhere I can. Was helped immediately and throughout the entire process and ended up adding on an ottoman(was told it would be an additional 2 weeks until.it came in and would get a call once it arrived as well as free shipping)full size mattress and box spring with full protection warranty. Was told that delivery would include them putting my legs on the couches as well as the protective coverage for bed. Around 8 almost 9 they finally arrived. I asked delivery driver about putting the legs on my chair in which he proceeds to have his hand out for the $100 delivery fee. Noticed that I was also missing my mattress cover. I Literally called once in the morning as soon as they opened and once during the even for the next 3 days to get this solved in which I spoke to plenty of people even a "delivery manager" who asked the same questions I already answered to find out who delivered in which I was told each time my order would be priority and it would be out the next day. Finally another manager came out on the 4th day to FINALLY put my legs on the couch and bring my mattress cover. Now 2 weeks later I call on 3/15 to ask about my ottoman in which I was told it was not in but would be in Monday and I would receive a call to let me know it was in and another call to confirm delivery. I called Monday morning to confirm that I was getting my delivery that day in which they proceed to tell me yes my items were "on a truck". We are now on Wednesday 3/20 and I'm told my ottoman never came in and that I'm looking at an additional 2-3weeks. I inform the "worker" that I was told 2 weeks from 3/1 in which he says oh ok well just go by that date.HEY IDIOT that date has passed. So upset with this company and would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy. Everyone is "nice" to get you off the phone. They claim it's there busy season since its tax season...WE HAVE TAX SEASON EVERY YEAR. Nothings change, maybe they need to add some new drivers to help with this mess.
