Service here is terrible. I stopped by around lunch time. The door was locked. There were 2 young ladies inside sitting down. One in uniform the other was not in uniform. The young lady in uniform unlocked the door and in a rude tone said “yes?” I asked with they were open and she said no. I questioned “you’re not” and again very rudely said “no we are closed, it’s too hot in here” a couple hours later I called to see if things had changed. Not sure if it was the same young lady but whoever answer just said “hello” I said “hello is this subway?” She said “yes”. “Oh I wasn’t sure because you didn’t say anything about Subway” she said “well it is” I asked if they were open she said just for mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 7pm and walked right in when I got there, door was unlocked. A different young lady was there. Service still was bad. Told her I placed mobile order. “ Well what did you order?” If she wasn't sitting down chilling when I got there she would’ve known my order. But I told her what I ordered. As she continued her phone conversation she walked over to start. “ Oh we don’t have Italian herb and cheese bread” “Can I get white?” “No we only have wheat” another gentlemen walked in while this was happening and she “told him about there bread. He was good because that’s what he wanted but when he asked for tuna he was told no tuna no turkey. He walked out. She came back to make my order then I was told the only cheese is American, pep jack, and shredded. I asked what’s going on and she said I don’t know. The person before didn’t prep and I’m to young to slice meat. Proceeded to finish my sandwich. I said thank you and left. This is, by far, my worst experience EVER at Subway. And some may ask why did I keep trying come here today. I’m working in this area and I need something I can eat on the go and there is not much like that out here. Really need to do...
Read moreThis location is stealing my money. I’ve tried to order online from here twice now and each time I’ve been met with disrespect and hostility and left without an order but charged fully. I’ve tried asking for refunds or to void the order to which employees have said they cannot do and it’s my problem to deal with. Today I ordered online and tried to enter the store and the door was locked. Open sign still on and employees inside. I called since no one would let me in and mentioned I had an online order but can’t enter the store. They said we have no bread. I said no problem can I have a refund then? She said she can’t do that I have to cancel my order. Well I can’t cancel my order as it already says it’s completed. I asked if she could void the order she said she can’t do that. So I asked how can I get my money back because this is the second time this has happened. At this point she must have had enough and said “I just told you I’m not helping you figure it out yourself” Ive tried contacting customer service but it’s just an AI bot and no one ever contacts you back. Read moreI won't place any blame on the employees that did their best the only 2 times ive been in there. But you can tell they're understaffed really badly. First time I was in a week before and I couldn't get a couple things because it "wasn't prepped", I come in today and even more things were not prepped. The sandwich I got today was very different than I usually get, after eating the first half because im just that hungry it ended up in the trash because the taste and soggyness just wasn't even worth it. Drink machines still don't work and the chip shelf hardly has anything on it. I get the employees are just trying to make a living but they themselves just need to abandon ship just like the management did.
