I've taken my vehicle here approximately three times, and every time they've been able to fix the problem in a timely manner and without overcharging me. The last time I brought my vehicle here was due to the fact that I had purchased tires from another business and had gone in for an oil change and a tire rotation that was included in the price of the tires that I had purchased there. The techs were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that one of my back tires had very uneven wear and I was told that my tire bowed out. When I asked a tech to elaborate, he said that I definitely needed an alignment and I most likely had issues with my suspension. I ended up bringing my car to Sprechers and was told that yes I did need an alignment, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my suspension, and the uneven wear was due to a faulty tire. We are new to the area and I was sure we had a bad alternator, we booked a time with Kenny (owner) and dropped off our car the night before. Next day we get a call and turns out it was a frozen pulley that was chewing up the belt and not allowing the belt to drive the alternator.

They could have easily charged us for a new alternator, belt, and pulley. Instead they fixed only what needed to be fixed and sent us on our way for half of what we expected.

In the current climate of the world I found this to be remarkable, kind, and professional. Their rates are fair, the work is excellent, and we will be customers as long as we are near.

I have had three cars repaired by Sprecher's and am beyond happy with the experience. When they tell you the day they can look at your car, they do it. They don't BS you or try to oversell you. Their costs are more reasonable than any other independent mechanic I've ever used. Always courteous and professional, they call you back promptly, and they do the work quickly.
