After months searching for a mother of the bride dress, I arrived at Susan’s Boutique 3 weeks before the wedding. Susan and her daughters were very welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, even while being occupied with other patrons.

I was asked what I was looking for and I told them. They showed me every type of dress I was looking for and a few others they thought would be a good fit.

Needless to say, I found the dress. They were very informative about delivery time and alteration time. Fortunately, the dress was in stock. When it came in, I had a fitting and the alterations were done all in time for the wedding.

I received many compliments on the dress. One compliment was that the dress was so elegant and beautiful, not like most frumpy mother of the bride dresses.

We started over a month for dresses for my brothers wedding they failed us! Took our deposit no problem but left us naked for the wedding! I would highly not recommend them I would think they would be more professional when I called after the weeding same day she was like there ready, how dose that help me now they never even re fitted me for mine even they lost mine when I went for my fitting! Very upset about this! I work in customer service very unprofessional the day before we had to go spend more money after given them almost 200 bucks for no dress’s and they won’t refund plus lost my dress when I went in a week ahead to be re fitted! They will only just give us now a isles dress my moms but not our money back what are we gonna use the dress for now nothing VERY...

Every time I walk into Susan’s Boutique, I feel like I’m stepping into a place where I’m truly treated like family. The women here go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
