This review is specifically based on renting a carpet machine here which was not serviceable and not ready for renting. Upon getting it to my house I noticed that the tank was full of trash and dirt and sand and the filters were all clogged. This made the unit very untrustworthy. On top of that, when I clean my one-bedroom carpet only because of a cat and my uncle sensitivity, I decided to use a machine. This machine was garbage. I did point it out to the staff but really they didn't do anything but give me my deposit back. This machine was previously abused. This is a really meet hardware store with an interesting history. The hardware store used to be across town and was moved in the 70's the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The store was well organized and they had a great selection. The owner(I think) had a conversation with us about the history of the business and the area.
