J Chole Hair Studio — Local services in Germantown Hills

Went in for my scheduled appointment on May 11th only to find that in some weird case of mistaken identity the owner had already started doing "my"hair!!! (only it wasn't me, it was a walk-in client). Things only digressed from that point. While there was no apology offered, I was assured that she would be able to provide me with the services I had requested when I scheduled the appointment. (in spite of her now providing services to two of us) After waiting 40 minutes, I went to "the chair", & shared pictures of the color and style I wanted. When I was asked about the length, I explained that while I knew I would be losing some due to damage, I wanted to keep as much of it as possible. (The length was to the middle of my back). Fast forward approximately 3.5 hours to when I put on my glasses to leave and could see (from the front only) that: #1. The color was not as expected or what was discussed #2. My bangs caused me to flash back to when mom used to put a piece of tape midway up my forehead to chop them off #3. This is the real kicker, and keep in mind I was not offered a hand mirror to be able to see that she had cut off at least 6 inches, and still no apology.
