Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Germantown Hills

Most of the time I love ordering from this exact place. The people are amazing most of the time, food is always good but tonight I had a terrible experience with the night female manager. At first I ordered on the app for delivery and she called and said “ the dasher refused to deliver”. I then tried saying I could just come pick it up and she said no that she would have to cancel the order and give me in store credit. I should have gotten a refund but I said whatever and order a carry out order and went to pick it up she then said that she didn’t have another order. I had the charges she said that I could place an order and use store credit but still have to pay because I would be getting free food. I payed for the order already and didn’t get a refund it wouldn’t be free I already paid for it this is ridiculous. She just didn’t want to make the food this was hours before closing. I do not recommend going or ordering...

They never get my pizza right. I still love the taste because I mean.. they don’t forget the cheese and sauce lol! but they always don’t add extra sauce. In fact, when I ask for extra they put less than what they usually put for a normal pizza so I just stopped asking... then sometimes I don’t always get extra cheese when I pay for it. I always make reviews through my email when they ask. I don’t think anything happens with it though. Anyways, the pizza taste like normal pizza... it has been burnt once, but there was a new guy there.. just make sure you check your pizza and your order. If you get soda, make sure you have that too. They brought out the pizza I bought that my husband picked up a few months back and forgot our soda. Then you have to come back and pick...

I once gave this Pizza 🍕 Hut a 1 Star Review due to a manager. I can't compliment how much Jerome the new manager has changed the team around, changed service as a customer. He shows tons of respect and in turn you have a ton of respect for him and his team. This is the kind of man Pizza Hut should get in some program, make a GM or more. He took a 1 Star Store and made it a 5 Star store. I really came to thank them for looking out and making sure I got my pizza. I saw my old comment, my old 1 Star Review and had to change it.
