5 stars/100% satisfaction and here is my story- i tried to find an electronics repair store from Chevy Chase to Poolesville. I found five. I went to all 5 addresses and all five addresses were out of business. I found Amazing Arrow Electronics online. So I sent him an email stating I had a child's high-end elctronic toy and that I was only going to pay so much if he could repair it. He diagnosed it initially just by a picture. He had me bring it by. It proved to be an intricate electronic nightmare for him, but did he succeed? Yes. Did he try to charge me more? No. Did I pay more? Maybe I added a tip but only because he committed and fixed it, but he did not ask for anything more. I got the repair done for broken USB 3.0 on my seagate 2TB backup plus external drive’s PCB. I also got an enclosure purchased from eBay but since the drive was bitlocker encrypted , it was asking to format the drive . The only choice was to repair the USB 3.0 or hire recovery services and pay $1000s of $. I got a replacement USB 3.0 , 10 pin socket from eBay but it was not the exact fit . This made it more challenging . Nestor came up with a work around and gave me the repaired PCB board in time as promised . I tested and was able to see my files finally . Thanks to Nestor . I came all the way down to get my main phone fixed and when I was on the way I got a text message from Nestor asking am I still coming but when I got to the front door and I rung the door bell plus stood there for 5 minutes or more I heard that loud door bell outside so I know for a fact that he heard it inside plus I feel like someone was at the door watching because I heard the floor making sounds like someone was standing directly behind the door watching through the peep hole.
