Purchased a Speed Queen washer from Orsag's. Since they were in short supply, the owner helped us put a deposit on one that hadn't even arrived at the store yet. We were kept updated on delivery times. Everyone we worked with was friendly and informative. Good pricing and very reasonable delivery and installation fee.

If I could rate this lower I would . Yes the sales lady was wonderful, but when it comes to you not being satisfied with your purchase they give you an excuse like they can’t do anything about it. They say they will call you back and never did. They say , oh if ur not satisfied with ur furniture call us back and this and that ,then when you do they say oh I can’t do nothing about it . Highly unprofessional, staff is pathetic. I was hoping to support this local, small business more, but they blocked me on social media after I asked about them getting more current pieces, furniture!
