We decided to give the new Mexican place to try and boy was that a good choice. The place is completely brand new on the inside and it looks very nice. The service was excellent. There were two servers working and they both helped wait on us, so great teamwork. We got the Norteño platter which has beef and shrimp fajita and it was a lot to eat as you can see from the photo. The flavors were all delicious, some of the better fajitas I’ve had! We also had the queso and it was decent, but not necessarily great, needs a better real cheese flavor. We definitely plan on coming back here. Gracias El Cielo por la deliciosa comida!

Failry new restaurant, so everything was bright and new. They have a large menu to choose from. Both meals we ordered were very good but. They served pico with lettuce and Alvarado all on the main course plate. It made the meal soggy on the pavlano pepper. That needs to be on separate cold plate.

I placed an order Togo at 6:45 pm only a kids meal and one entree and was told 10 minutes. I got there at 7:17 pm and my food was not ready they had not even made it yet. Had to wait for them to make the food then the girl at the register wanted to argue with what I had ordered saying the person on the phone ordered fajitas for 2 which I explained no it was for one since I am the one that placed the order she was very rude! The manager said they had a cook walk out and that’s why my order was not made, didn’t get my food until 7:30 pm 45 minutes later. They did not even offer any compensation for their screw up, very disappointed with management at this...

We happened upon this restaurant when we were faced with multiple mid-day closures in Giddings and did not want to settle for franchised fast food. Their pre-planned player lunches offered a significant variety that were reasonably priced in the context of the post-Biden economy. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and carried a notable portion home. I enjoyed the cold and salsa, but the fresh slurry was too spicy for my gringo wife. She did, however, relish the tortilla-bowl salad and decided that she could have satisfied herself with that item alone. If we were to stop in Giddings again, I would recommend a...
