I’m really disappointed that I spent my money coming to this place based on good reviews. When I walked in I immediately realized that their MO was fast turnover and not taking care of their clients. The man up front actually checked a woman in who was behind us in the line first for no apparent reason- and the line was just chaos. So many people wanting to check in mixed with those wanting to pay and leave, yet there was zero order or direction to the confusion. No wonder he was confused about who was first. We were finally checked in by the man who wore a headset right out of the 90’s, ushering us to go with a woman who lead us to the back of the building. We were having pedicures, and the water was totally cold. I said no sugar scrub, and she scrubbed the crap out of my legs. My daughter’s friend said “French tip” nails, and the woman gave her straight polished nails until I spoke up and said “they are supposed to be French tip as we discussed.” She exclaimed “why didn’t the girl remind me?!” Well, she’s 8. You were told when we started what we were looking for, and could have confirmed with me if you had a question. Finally, my daughter who had flower designs on her nails saw that the woman doing her nails had not let the design dry properly prior to adding the top coat and so she had smeared the whole design rushing to finish and move on to the next client. All of this happened while I was standing in the ridiculous line again to pay for our services or I would have said something immediately. When I came back and realized what had happened, my daughter approached the nail tech who notably had a really negative energy about being confronted with her poor work and flicked her hands at us in what came across at contempt for requesting that she correct the mistake. We still thanked her, but it didn’t matter. She was set on getting us out so she could move on to the next person. To summarize, I’ll just add a picture of my toes. As you can see they really trimmed my right big toe, and literally did nothing to my left big toe. They look totally imbalanced and unrefined, which is a complete reflection of the services this business has to offer.

When I went to pay, they asked if everything was okay. I was honest and said these were the worst nails I’ve ever received. A woman pulled me aside, saying, “Let’s talk in private to avoid disturbing others.” I explained the shape was completely off and the nails looked grown out, like a set that was already a week old. She started lecturing me about how everyone’s nail beds are different, completely deflecting from the poor job that was done. I told her to stop gaslighting me. Regardless of nail beds, these were simply badly done. They took photos of my nails and said the same tech could redo them later that day. I didn’t want to go through the stress again, so I asked if someone more experienced could do them. She kept changing the time, first 3 PM, then 4, then finally said only 6 PM was available. I asked about the next day, and she said the same. At that point, I felt like she was just trying to wear me down so I’d give up, which I did. Eventually, they offered 25% off and acted like not charging me for shaping was a favor. I ended up paying $51 for a $68 set that I have to get completely redone somewhere else. Save your money and your time. Go literally anywhere else

Very clean establishment and excellent nail technicians! As a cancer patient, my dry, brittle nails were splitting through layers of nails and vertical splits causing damaged, sore, infected nails. Considering a nail salon required high cleanliness since my radiologist actually discouraged nail work due to notorious bacterial opportunities. However, my nails caused me continued pain, so after studying reviews of Greenfield Nails and Spa, then visiting myself, I was absolutely impressed with the level of cleanliness. I needed to stay away from full manicures (no clipping of cuticles) and from UV lights, so Kayla made a suggestion to work with my nails, based on her personal knowledge of cancer survivors. I am absolutely delighted with the result!!! It's been three weeks (and one fill) since Kayla put on my nails, and I have had no negative side effects. My fingers feels so much more healthy--no splitting, no snagging, no infections! Hallelujah!!! YES, this place is CRAZY BUSY, but that's due to the excellent services. I chose a Monday morning thinking that would be the slowest time but there was still a line out the door to check-in Monday morning at 8:50. BE patient. BE kind. Because this place is worth it!

READ THE LAST LINE OF THE REVIEW!

I AM REFERRING TO MY 2019 VISIT BUT AS I STATED IN THE LAST LINE OF MY UPDATED REVIEW I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER TRY BUT DECIDED NOT TO AFTER I READ YOUR CURRENT 1 STAR REVIEWS AND SAW NOTHING HAS CHANGED SINCE 2019.

YOU OBVIOUSLY AREN'T READING THESE REVIEWS IN THEIR ENTIRETY OR YOU WOULDN'T HAVE REPLIED WHAT YOU DID.

SUCH A SHAME THAT YOU ALL STILL COMMUNICATE THE SAME. 6/1/25

OLD REVIEW: 2019:

The first time I went here it was amazing. The gentleman who did my nails was so polite and I got exactly what I asked for.

The second time I went the woman who did my nails did an amazing job but charged me $5 extra for "shape". Which I was surprised cause I never specifically asked for that service but I didn't mind paying it cause the work was amazing. So I told myself I should communicate more clearly next time no prob.

Then today I went in and the girl (different from the second time) who did my nails started to file and shape and I very politely asked her if what she was doing was extra. She paused and said with slight apprehension "No why would I charge you extra....it your real nail." I said, "I'm sorry I only asked cause they did last time." She stopped and said sharply "Where? Here? When?" At this point I wasn't trying to argue so I let it go.

Then 10 mins goes by and she starts to file my finished nail. I then very calmly and politely said. "Coffin shape please." She then stopped and raised her voice and said "I KNOW that's what I'm doing."

I was shocked at her response. I was at NO point ever accusing her of not doing it correctly...we had never discussed a shape and I didn't want her to get confused that they were square. Then she WOULD NOT STOP talking about it and defending herself. I can only compare it to when my adolescence son talks back and won't let it go. I had to tell her "You are making this a way bigger deal than it needs to be can we please stop talking about it? I apologize for trying to communicate with you regarding my needs as a customer I know now not to from here on out."

Then awkward silence the whole time. And to top it off I can't stand my nails, some of my nails are square and crooked and some are coffin shaped. But I don't DARE mention it to her as communication is frowned upon in her method of customer service.

What's sad is I always tip $10 but not this time....I have never stiffed someone on a tip until now. I WAS going to come back tonight with my daughter and get 2 pedicures but I will be taking my business elsewhere now.

Alright where do I begin! First off this place seemed exciting because they have so many employees I figured if we had a bad experience we could try another tech the next time. So YEP YOU GUESSED IT BAD EXPERIENCE! The tech I had made my nails oval not almond like I asked and I had to keep asking her to file areas on my nails and on my toes she literally left a whole corner grown out till I showed her 3 times that she forgot to clip and file! We were told we were put with two experienced techs! I had to coach her through the entire time about my nails when I eventually gave up rolled my eyes stayed silent! Anyway 2 weeks later both my nails and my daughters...DIPS... remind you are chipped/cracked on more then one nail! I have never had mine start to chip until maybe 6 to 8 weeks later , and that's barely Ever so I decided since I didn't like the experience and now the job itself I would reach out to the owner and maybe he would offer to give us different techs the next time around, boy was I wrong! You can tell based on his response he assumed, I wanted free nails done or fixed for free, Which to be honest if you're okay with people's nails chipping two weeks after they get them done and their dips that's pretty bad! I don't know what products they use, but for them to go bad that quickly shows that the quality at this place is terrible! They want you in and out and dont care if you return! I read some other really bad reviews where Tom the owner was telling people to reach out personally to him?Which I did before this review and you will see that did not help! Hes a hoax and a terrible business owner! PLEASE dont go by the hype here please beware! Trust me , I don't mind if I have something Go wrong or ends up happening that isnt the best but I like to give people another Chance, but when the owner Does not back his own work and responds how he did I felt bullied and had to block him, it was very weird and uncomfortable!
