Mercedes is a total pro who really knows her stuff! She was so sweet with my very scared cat and got the job done without pushing my cat too far in an unfamiliar experience. Mercedes is knowledgable and super informative about proper grooming practices. Love that she comes to your home, makes scheduling very simple, and is very communicative if anything comes up before your appointment. She is also so respectful of your space with cleanup. Mercedes is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is patient, kind and really knows how to interact with kitties during the grooming process. She is also really great at explaining to the human what she's doing and what is normal or not normal behavior during a session.

I love that her priority is always making sure that the cats are comfortable and not stressed during their grooming. My baby Rachel was groomed for the first time ever 6 months ago (Lion Cut) and I will absolutely be using Meow Mobile every few months to make sure she is taken care of. I didn't know cat grooming was a thing. I'm so glad I found out! Our long hair cat: gets huge mats in his hair, loves to roll in dirt and sit in bushes, and sheds a lot. Mercedes is awesome and has been a huge problem solver for us! If you've got any of the same issues (and I'm sure any others), she has options to help! She comes to your home. Her schedule is usually booked, so you have to keep trying, but we are really happy with her. She is great with cats, very knowledgeable (who knew that would turn out to be such a plus in a cat groomer?!), and very reliable....
