Horrible business...I ordered Azek wood trim and was told it would be delivered that Saturday. The delivery never happened. I called and was told that it was out of stock and had to be ordered and it would be delivered the following Saturday. First of all, I am not sure why they didn’t share that info with me at the point of purchase, secondly I’m not sure why they didn’t call and let me know that it wasn’t going to be delivered as they had stated.

It is now a month and I still do not have the materials I paid for. I called yesterday and I was told their computer system was down and they couldn’t look up my purchase.

I called back today and the guy was very argumentative with me saying he couldn’t look up the purchase under my last name, he needed to know who wrote it up or what the PO number was.

Are you kidding me I can walk into any store and tell them my last name and they can pull up anything I’ve purchased at that store.

The level of incompetence and poor customer service at this store is astounding.

I like to shop at small businesses before big box stores but this is not a store that I can recommend in any way shape or form. I will go to Home Depot and Lowe’s before I will ever purchase anything at the...

We ordered a sliding door and asked for delivery. When the contractor we hired installed the door, we found the door to be broken. The door was grinding on the tracks and would not slide. There were metal shards and the track moved when we tried to slide the door. At this point there was a hole in our house. I contacted Gilford Home Center and they said they would see what they could do. After following up multiple times, Gilford Home Center has done nothing to compensate us for the broken door. Additionally, we had to pay the contractor to fix it because we have 2 toddlers and a new baby and cannot have a 6-ft hole...

If I could do negative stars I would. Their yard is a mess with different dimension boards mixed and all beat up. Nobody seemed to actually know what was there. When the employee went to get a pallet of 2x8s and didn't have a knife handy I popped the bands and he watched as a stack of boards fell directly onto my foot, that parts on me but the part that bothers me the lost is when I heard employees talking and joking about it.
