I have been ordering the same mediocre order weekly for over a year because my kids like it, so I obviously know the cost of said order. I called on a Friday night when they were busy and added 2 small items to my order, but because they were busy and the girl was training, they didn't give me a total, so I called back as I wanted to tip the driver on my card. Spoke to another trainee who gave me a total that sounded quite high and I expressed that. She told me another total and charged me another. When I saw the large charge on my card, I called back and spoke to another employee about it who confirmed that I had indeed been overcharged by $26. I also mentioned that I hadn't gotten a receipt and would like one. She said that the manager would give me a call later in the evening after she refunded my card. Great! No problem and I was fine with that. I waited almost 24 hours before I called them back after not hearing from them and the manager tried telling me there wasn't a discrepancy in the price. This order was literally double my usual order! I again asked for my receipt and said I would be down to get it. When I got there, no receipt was present and she said that it must have been thrown away. I was charged a higher price then what is stated on their website and now all of a sudden, the 2 1 topping large pizza deal didn't apply to me. We argued a bit because that sounds ridiculous and this manager told me not to order what I couldn't afford!! Obviously after that kind of disrespect, I was angry and asked to have my information handed onto the owner and that is when I was finally offered $20 refunded. Read moreGave them another chance, not going back use to be my favorite,too bad they have gone down hill,not sure how long and when a new owner to over, I don't really like to complain, first when you train staff they should and remember how much cheese on a normal pizza, how much cheese on and extra cheese cheese on an extra cheese pizza,then comes topping you can't have different cooks putting different amounts,last week for my birthday wanted a steak pizza, it did come with plenty of cheese,but paying a premium price for steak and not getting what supposed to be normal, they did remake it, but not much cheese very light sauce and burnt steak on top, so that was my pickup last week, today ordered 2 large one toppings first both I said extra sauce, then first was meatball yes they did fine with that just not much sauce and kinda light but not too bad on the cheese, second not much sauce, ordered extra cheese for my topping so should have had normal cheese Plus the extra cheese, the cheese was very thin, that was delivery usually $25 with tax but an extra $4 delivery charge which I'm not sure weather the driver gets that or the owner, plus a $6 tip for crappy pizza,sorry Guilford house you lost me as a customer. You probably don't really even care,but you should do right and do the same each time an order is placed.also most places are hiring younger people who really don't give a crap about making things right,they just want a pay...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service and mediocre pizza. I eat here maybe once a quarter and am always left a little dissatisfied. Today, they told me pizza would be ready in 30-45min. I got to the location after 35min, waited an additional 40min and then checked in on the status. They still hadn't put it in the oven. That alone is frustrating, but forgivable. When my pizza was finally almost done, the delivery guy was trying to take it for his own. Another worker thankfully caught notice and called out him out saying that the pizza was already spoken for. The delivery driver repeatedly stated, "I don't care if he's waited an hour, he can keep waiting. I don't care." So on and so forth.
Extremely disappointing that this is their level of care. Oh, did I mention that I had a 6month old and 2yr old waiting in the car...
