I took a large steer in for butcher, when I picked up the meat there were dogs in the store, we sorted through the meat and realized that out of the back quarters we only got back a few sirloin steaks that were very thin cut when I asked for all steaks to be cut at 1". The roast were not there for the rear quarters. The only roasts we had out of the whole animal was 7 arm roast and 22 chuck roast. I called many times and left many voice-mails. No call back. That just tells you they know they did something wrong because there is no explanation for it. I also noticed a lot of hair in the packages.
