I’m very disappointed in the people that work here! I’ve only came one other time before this and I was already a tad annoyed because the print I purchased for a t-shirt was not centered at all on either shirt but I said whatever it’s fine it was just for a party anyway. BUT NOW I’ve been in contact with them since end of August trying too purchase a hoodie for my work and they STILL have not wrote me an email back, they have not called me back, every time I call and tell them who I am and what I’m waiting for I get hung up on! I picked up a sweatshirt and beanie cap for my granddaughters 12th birthday. I was greeted as if we had known each other for years. So friendly and professional. I asked him to put her name on the sweatshirt. They matched with her school colors, mascot, and name. It came out so nice. I knew she would enjoy it, but I never guessed it would put a smile on her face that was contagious, I could not stop smiling. She had tears in her eyes.
