My wife was trying to purchase an item, and brought it to the counter only to be told by the owner that she was not selling the item at the time. It's NEVER OK to yell at a customer, especially when the customers response to your rudeness is "we are leaving, stop talking to me," it is then extremely rude and very unprofessional to follow that customer outside of your store to continue your verbal assault and take a stance as if you are going to physically assault someone.
