We have been satisfied with their service department. However, our church bought a new Xerox machine and with the purchase it was agreed that the service contract on our older Xerox machine would be adjusted down in cost due to the fact that we are running about half as many copies as we used to. Yet they have kept charging the same amount on our credit card ($170 instead of $83/month) for 8 or more months in spite of 8+ attempts to get them to correct their billing. We finally got them to see what they were doing, and instead of refunding the difference for all those months, they just added multiple $83 charges to our credit card!
