DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place no star, I would. I dropped my gaming pc off to cell phone dr on 6/10 I was told by the technician it would take at least three days to diagnose the gaming pc , which was fine with me. I received a phone call on 6/11 from cell phone dr stating the OS needed to be replaced. Which I gave permission at that time to repair my pc. On 6/12 I called the cell phone dr, to ask them if I could stop by to pay the repair fee, and they where not answering the phone all day on 6/12. I found out later the technician Alexis was purposely not answering the phone because she could see my phone number on the caller ID. ‘’ Alexis stated that I was harrassing because I kept calling.” I honestly do not understand how I was harrassing she never answered the phone, until I called from a different number one time. At that time she rudely stated “ No one told me to repair the pc, why do you keep calling , you need to have patience “ i actually had giving permission to the male technician who called me on 6/11 telling me that my OS needed to be replaced. I picked up my unrepaired pc on 6/13. The manager did not care at all about the incident, the manager stated “take your dusty , disgusting computer and clean your house” yes, the pc was full of dust , and “she said I will post pictures of it on Facebook “ Thats beside the point. I would suggest to not wast your time with this place. Very Rude Staff!!!! And the Owner is no Better. They try to say something Negative about the customer to cover up their awful...

So, I recently went in to cell phone doctor to try to get my beats by Dr Dre fixed I had two one had its headband broken , and the other one it would not turn on/ wouldn't charge. So about a week before I went in i called and asked what is a estimated price to fix them and the guy said it would be under $100. So I went in and they said they would call me when they found out what's wrong with them . The next day I get a phone telling me that the beats the didn't turn on could not be fixed and I knew that would most likely happen but the other beats they told me that I had to replace the whole frame the guy told me that it would be $ 114 dollars to fix them. Then I asked if they could move the beats that cant turn on which are black and the other one is gold so I asked them could they could move the black beats frame to the gold one and got some bogus. Now i will be taking my business some were else please please what ever you do avoid this place this would be the last place I would ever go to get my devices fixed if you need to get beats fixed just go to apple it may be more expensive but you know it will last...

I got my phone screen fixed on my iPhone 7 Plus the other day and decided to get my battery replaced as well. Later that night while at work I was FaceTiming my significant other and the phone just shut off with no way to turn back on. Cell phone repair offers life time warranty on screens if not cracked or damaged with water and a 30 day battery warranty so I went back the next day and they thought it was a glitch. They tested the battery charging it up and draining it, it was fine. I left and immediately FaceTimed my significate other and it happened again so I returned. They decided to replace the battery and FaceTime themselves and nothing happened. I FaceTimed my significate other before I left and it happened again so they put my old battery back in and gave me my refund. With my original battery the phone is fine. It may just be because its not an apple battery, size is possibly off or something else but the customer service was fast and friendly. They did do everything they could and when no options were left they returned my money and were very apologetic. So I’m stuck with a fast draining apple...
