Oh my God this is the most worse experience customer service i have ever seen. The place I take my son to cut his hair is about 20min to my house so I couldn't take him for the past 3 weeks and I decided to Google which Berber shop is close to my house then I found this Ellite barber shop and I saw the review was okay so I called them around 4pm and I was told they're open and that I can still bring my son that they close at 6pm, I quickly left what I was doing take my son and rushed down there, got here no one say hello, I greeted and even hard for them to respond, then I sat waiting for them to call the next person which was my son, they left me and my son and was attending to their old customer who came like 30min or an hour after we got there, I spoke to one of them that I don't understand what's going on and told him my concerns then he apologised and told me he's ready to leave but he'll talk to them so they can attend to me, sat there a mother 1 hour before a guy finally came to me that he'll attend to me after his client that they both arrived together, I was at this place for 3hrs. I taught of going back home but because the boy's hair looks rough and I didn't drive there, I took uber so is not easy for me to just leave without getting done what I went there for.
