Horace & Dickie's Seafood Carryout Lanham! As one business owner to another a BLACK business owner to another I am highly disappointed in the service., or LACK there of that I received on today!! I entered the establishment at aprox 3:15 pm and placed an order for 2 platters, I was told to wait at my vehicle and my food would be out shortly,, at 3:21 I received a text that my food would be out shortly, at 3:35 I realized I forgot to order drinks, so I went back in to do so, the woman gave me the drinks then said your food is coming, I then go back to the my truck, at 4pm I go back in, the lady sees me and automatically turns to the kitchen to inquire about my order.. there seems to be confusion- there's another woman on another register who I later find out is the "owner" in the midst of this she hears what's going and, apologies, asks if I want a piece of cake or a drink for the wait.. I'm still asking well how much longer is the wait.. as this is going on a guy comes to the register I'm in front of and asks if I can move over so he can take another order... so now I'm upset. No can you just process my refund, I can't stay here any longer.. they say the owner is right there but I don't think she'll do a refund.. at this point she's no longer paying us any attention. So I say ok kool, keep the money and the food. I will not patronize this establishment ever again! Boo'GeeTaste Catering would NEVER!!! So with all that being said, please contact us for all of your catering needs, and our fish is on point!!!...

Never again will I waste time money or energy here. This is why it is so hard to support black business. Anytime, I order a combo especially a fish combo...it is understood that fish and bread go together. How do you have tarter sauce but no bread. I will not give my money away in this manner. People are on lunch and cannot chase their money up and down MLK Blvd. They are very ignorant when you call about your order. I don't care how hurt your feelings are. With the price that you put on the menu, there is no reason for this type of mess up and then have an attitude about the call back. The only thing you control is the action. You have no control over the reaction. You sent me my food messed up so I called mad because I am at work and that is wrong. The lady said that I didn't ask for bread with a fish COMBO. How do you not get bread with a 2 piece combo. Its a COMBO. It should have 2 fish 2 bread and french fries or coleslaw. I can't stand the fact that people can't let customer service be that. I don't understand people at all. My money is not lesser than your money. So please before you sell a combo make sure you know what a combo should have in it and stop stealing people money. I could understand if this was the first time but it's not. They make money off of cheating people. I am sorry but it is the truth and the truth...

This was the nasty BBQ I have ever had in life it tasted like lighter fluid. I ordered a slab of ribs for $36.00. You can't see the food before its hand to you and they have a BIG AS SIGN THAT STATES NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS ATTACHED TO WALL WHERE YOU ORDER. There were no grill marks no where to be found on the ribs they were a funny color gray like they boiled the ribs and then put them on the grill and spray the ribs with lighter fluid. You receive 12 bones the ribs were meaty but not EDIBLE. I should have known I went there before and ordered 🐟 and 🍤 🍽 and it wasn't good. I will never ever patronize this place again in life. What a waste of money!!!🤢🤮🥵🥶😡😦👀 The young man at counter instead of him paying attention he's texting while you food is waiting for him to pick up from the counter getting cold👁 🥶 Do better!!! People work hard for there 💰 they don't have 💰 to throw away. You're receiving disgusting food exchange for you hard earn money. The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of the quality and product they're serving to the public. That's why the owner has place that sign stating no exchanges or refunds so the owner and workers aren't held accountable for serving food that's not up to standards!!!🤮🤢😡 Wish I could rate them a negative double zero!!! I can't believe they're still in business??👀🤔🤮🚩 JUST ROBBERY...
