DO NOT give these people your business. Every single time we have step foot into Mirelli, it has led to a horrible customer experience. The owners are extremely rude and sassy. Both mother and daughter have 0 customer service skills and have turned what was supposed to be memorable and joyous shopping experiences from engagement to wedding into a bitter experience. The most recent time we step foot into her store was to try the trending Dubai Chocolate. Her door was open, inviting walk ins. We weren’t greeted with a hello, let alone a smile. She was attending to another customer and we waited patiently for 20 minutes for her to wrap things up, as she was taking her sweet time fluffing a bow for them. We asked if she could quickly just hand us the chocolate and we would pay cash and leave. She gave us an entire lecture how she closes shop at 6pm and that we should be more mindful and not interrupt her…. All while rolling her eyes. If she was so hot and bothered by new customers walking in, I think she should have locked the door in the first place. If someone walks in regardless of the time, it’s your responsibility to put on your best face and make sure they are treated with respect and care. It wouldn’t have hurt her to offer us a sample chocolate while we waited and apologized for the delay. Our simple request for chocolate was met with an unnecessary lecture and dismissive behavior, leaving us to depart empty handed. The two ladies who she was attending to felt so guilty and bad, we had to reassure them that they weren’t the problem. I’ve never met more distasteful and rude business owners in my life. You would think after giving them so much business over the years, they would treat their loyal customers with more respect. This consistent disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I recommend going to PAACHI instead. Their chocolates are more decadent, customer service is unmatched and atmosphere is breathable...
   Read moreI am giving them two stars just for chocolate, I can't believe they forgot my order! It was ordered for baptism ceremony, to be picked up the same day! I placed my order a month earlier to make sure it will be ready on time! But they simply lost it! They just put some chocolate in a box and gave them to me, with a smile. The owner said: "Sorry, we are human we may forget! " Right! But at least it would be nice to offer discounts or store credits. Even when I asked them to wrap the box, the owner told me sorry we are busy! ...for sure this was the last time I will order from them I won't risk another ceremony! And if you want to order from them, make sure to pick up your order a week earlier, in case they forget, you may have time to order from...
   Read moreI live in Houston TX and order from Mirelli all the time for all our special occasions - baby showers, baptisms, etc. Their chocolates are always so delicious and so perfectly and beautifully decorated!!! We have some local chocolatiers that would be more cost effective to use, but I always go with Mirelli as their chocolates and candies are consistently delicious and their presentation is unparalleled …I send all my Houston friends there, too! Their customer service is top notch - Jack and Mireille are always so pleasant and helpful even though I am sure I get on their nerves with all my questions haha - I am needy and picky! Highly recommend for anyone looking for middle eastern sweets and decorated chocolates!
