I ordered a wedding ring with them last year and ordered it around a year in advance of the wedding. I wanted my pets ashes in them. They promised me a complete diamond ring with the ashes through out the ring. They came back and said the ring can’t be made 18 days before the wedding and they were going to get a ring without the ashes and get me a pendant instead. I actually ended up making a ring on my own. It has been almost a year and I finally gave up asking if the pendant is actually going to show up. I am amazed at the lack of customer service and the fact that I have to keep asking for an update. They did a very good job on my husbands ring and they are going through a third party but with the amount of time I have waited and keep asking and getting they are working on it responses, it comes to a point where it is unacceptable.
