I moved to Malvern last year and this location is the most convenient. Every time I’ve stopped in the staff has been so helpful and amazing at customer service. Their product knowledge, locations in the store and understanding of working with people has made this my favorite place to go for general hardware needs. I stopped in last Saturday morning for a weed trimmer. They had a great sale and the guy explained the difference between each model and the benefits of each type. I picked out a stihl and the staff member explained how to extend the warranty from one to two years. He gassed it up and started it for me to be certain it worked. The people at the register were friendly and helped me get the best price based on the sale. It is amazing to find great customer service in these current times of rude workers at the big box stores who don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. I strongly recommend Bomgaars of Glenwood.
