Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Glenwood

The employees that are working tonight at this location lied to me and also locked the front door at nine p.m. and the door hours does not specify what time the lobby closes or drive trough and I also watched them serve an ice cream cone to the people still inside the restaurant with the door locked and I went through drive through and got told that was the last one for the night when I know that is a lie and if the dont get in trouble for there disrespectful service and lying then im going to the runza corporate office about it as well because nobody should ever have employees who lie and also allow customers in the building when the lobby is closed and no specify times...

Due to a mixup at the Runza in Papillion (we’d ordered and paid for 6 regular Runza’s and 6 cheese Runza’s) to be frozen and picked up this morning by 8am on our way to Florida. When we got there they’d SOLD our previously paid for order and had none to give us. Thank goodness Wayne in Glenwood came to the rescue. We called there and he said they had some already frozen and would be available for pickup by time we got there. Talk about a great way to end this review. We got a dozen Runza’s to take back to our friends in Florida. Thank you Wayne !! Your customer service is out of this world. You're a true asset to the organization and your smile...

Food- Horrendous.. Soggy, It was like eating mush. I ordered a number 2 with a mix of onion rings and fries. The only thing good was the root beer drink and the fries.
