I promised to take down my negative review about this location, after the owner PROMISED me he would address the issues with our account. He did not. We've been charged over $5,000 for a business account in the past 3 months - something that should be only about $600 per month. PLUS, we've been held "hostage" with the threat of our phones being turned off, even though we should have been current based on the autopay setup. To make it worse, this location messed up our account so bad, losing our nearly 22-year history of loyalty with Verizon. So... I'm re-upping my one-star review (wish I could give zero stars). Amanda was so smart on everything. The company needs 10 more of her.!!!!! Customer service was a 10/10 . Its hard to find great customer servive anymore but Amanda knows her products and knows how to treat customers 100%. I got the new samsung S24 and tablet. The trade in on my phone was $1000.!!!! Was one of the best experiences that I have received at any Verizon location period! I got a replacement device since my other device decided it wanted to take a swim in the lake. I have having some difficulties getting it activated so I decided to stop into the local store. I was greeted by the worker, his name was Alex. He not only assisted with getting my device activated but he also made sure that all of my information got transferred over as well.
