If I could rate this location a negative ZERO I would. Unfortunately I went to this location today and when I got there I did not have my wallet. I asked the cashier if she could call Military Star Card customer service and retrieve my account information. She had no idea what I was talking about. Another employee walks over to help and seems to be irritated that he was disturbed from what ever he was doing. Another woman who works there watched me the entire time as if I was going to steal something. I have experienced this type of ignorance before at civilian retail spaces which is why a do most of my shopping online. But to experience it at a military retailer is disgusting. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I was not asked if I needed help or anything just stared at the whole time. I guess I will have to start buying my uniform items online...
