After contacting me multiple times leading up to today to tell me my medications were ready I arrived to pick them up. They didnât have them both ready and was told to come back and that they would be ready to go with my 2nd medication. Once I arrived to pick up the rest of my meds they then told me they tried calling me and it went to a foreign person who wouldnât talk to them⌠Mind you Iâve been getting their automated texts and calls regarding THIS refill. They then claim that I was trying to refill my meds to soon! To which I say is convenient seeing as theyâve told me they were ready for the last three days including today when I picked up my first prescription!? So you know my number but then called the wrong one. You told me multiple times I would be getting both of my medications and now youâre telling me Iâm trying to pick up my meds (none of which are narcotics) too early!? So in a frustrated tone, I cast doubt on their systems being accurate as theyâve proven to be wrong multiple times already and the pharmacists with brownish hair and glasses made sarcastic statements that honestly made me want to fly off the handle but I did not. These people arenât capable of showing any sort of empathy in a situation where they obviously have made multiple mistakes already.    Read moreAfter being at Meijer for years, I wanted to try and help support local. Since then, I have had nothing but issues getting my medications refilled! They say every time I need a prior authorization which my doctor has sent twice already. I tried to call to fill my prescription last week with the Holiday weekend coming up just for the automated message to say that it "wasn't eligible for a refill yet." It is NOT a controlled substance. When I told this to the pharmacist, she said that I should've talked to someone directly. How would anyone know that?!    Read moreVery frustrating experience. Have not had issues in the past. Had 4 post op scripts for my daughter after wisdom teeth removal. They were sent one hour prior to my arrival at the pharmacy. Once I arrived I was told two more hours. I called three hours later and was told another two hours. So six hours for post op scripts. This seems like poor customer service, especially after being told by the pharmacist it would be two hours. I understand being busy but do not give people a time frame if you are not able to meet it.
