I simply love working with the folks at Shapko. After printing 4-5 books with them in the last few years, here’s what I can say: -their communication is stellar—quick, friendly (funny, even), knowledgeable and clear -their staff really go the extra mile (looking at you here, Ken, Dan and Dana) to make sure that our projects turn out beautiful -their turnaround is quick and the books are well packed for shipping

They have just been a pleasure to work with, especially after some bad experiences with other “budget” printers. We paid a little more for Shapko, but I can honestly say it is 100% worth it to have the “worry factor” regarding the process, product, annd timing eradicated. I am not a graphic designer, I’m a photographer, and their patience and help with prepress setup to get the files I send up-to-snuff has been invaluable. They make us look good! Thank you, Shapko!

My project at Shapco this summer was a 30"x50" interior art print — a piece that I commissioned from Sadboi, a contemporary illustrator known for imaginative, intricate work. Shapco handled this large and complex digital file with the same expertise and care that Sadboi puts into his creations.

I shared my hopes for the poster and Shapco listened to me carefully. They outlined next steps, then brought in a team that included a workflow planner, prepress technician, retouch artist, and carpenter. I was able to work directly with each of them. The whole process felt personal and collaborative.

The end result is a stunning large-format color print on a synthetic material that mimics canvas. Just like a painting, it was wrapped and secured around quarter inch plywood. I’m thrilled with the piece — and fortunate to know such fun, talented...

Recently worked with Ken and his team at Shapco. I don't really know where to start on the level of customer service and attention they provided to us on our project. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. From the unexpectedly quick and immediate response to treating our project as if it were the most important thing they were working on. Every interaction was truly a pleasure.
