I never leave bad reviews. I've only ever done it once or twice before. I prefer to leave only good reviews. However, my experience with this location today was so negative that here I am leaving a bad review! So disappointed! Our clinic orders from this Caribou pretty frequently since we're located right near them, but today we ordered 9 drinks and 4 of them were either wrong or were missing from the order, and literally NONE of them were labeled. First, a staff member had to wait for almost an hour for them to get made in the first place because the caribou staff felt that our order wasn't as important as all the individual orders walking through the door, even though our order was first. When we sent a different staff member back to get the 4 drinks that were wrong/missing, she was there for OVER AN HOUR waiting for them to correct their mistake because once again, they prioritized all the people walking through the door. I had to call and complain and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude right off the bat and non apologetic and blamed it on staffing issues. I understand being understaffed, but learn how to prioritize orders correctly. Maybe you should correct the mistake from your 9am order when it's almost noon and they still haven't been made correctly! My staff member just got back with the 4 drinks, and at least one of them is STILL WRONG. I'm going to have to call again, but I know it's not going to do any good because the woman answering the phone clearly hates her life and is unnecessarily rude to customers instead of just admitting they messed up and correcting their mistake in a timely manner. Terrible customer service on her part. The poor guy working behind the counter was apparently very nice but obviously overwhelmed. Why isn't this woman helping him instead of sitting around being rude to people over the phone? We've spent a LOT of money here and now we're not sure we ever want to order here again due to the terrible customer service and this woman's bad attitude. If she's polite and makes this right when I call again, I'll remove this review but I'm willing to bet she'll be just as nasty as last time I called. In the future, we'll likely give our business to Starbucks instead and just drive to get it. Ridiculous.
Update: I called and didn't get the rude woman again, thank God. Instead I was able to speak with the person who was actually making the drinks. He was very polite and friendly, and gave us 4 free drinks for the trouble. I really appreciate this level of customer service! He was apologetic and very sweet.
