Me and my mother went in this afternoon to see if they would be interested in purchasing a console table. The owner, a young man told my mom that a woman that was unloading items out of a white Traverse, wearing a leopard print dress, would assist my mom by looking at the peice, which was in our car. She spoke so low, barely speaking to either of us. She acted as though her time was being wasted. She basically walked away so rudely, almost without a word saying "have a good day". It is a good peice for how long my mom has owned it, real wood. Confused, I went back into the establishment to follow up and get clarification on what just occured....either yes or no, but either way my mom deserved a honest, direct answer. I spoke directly to both the man and the lady, asking follow up questions about what would they pay for it. She said condescendingly, "I wouldn't want to embarrass you". As if I have a need to be. Obviously, customers aren't needed here, and customer service is completly non-existent. I will be sure to tell as many as I can about their disdain conduct. They don't need...

I'm so glad Goldsboro Antique Mall opened in the old Round-A-Bout location. I've shopped here at least 3-4 times in the last year, and I always leave with a new treasured item (mirrors, books, hats, Wedgwood, buttons, lamps, decorative objets). I think most vendors have very reasonable prices, and the folks who are working are always friendly and very helpful. The gentleman behind the register is very nice and impressively efficient with keeping track of the vendors and sales. (The other reviewer who said something negative must've been a crappy person. Crappy people have crappy experiences.) A great place to stop by if you're in town for the day, or a place you'll want to regularly visit if...

My wife and I shop here regularly, but not anymore. We went in on Friday March 8th and found several items that we wanted to purchase . Three of the items were from the same vendor, who had a sign up that all items were 50% off. Another item was from a vendor who had a sign up 25% off. When we went to check out, the guy at the front was very rude! He said that none of the items were on sale, and that someone had probably placed the items in the wrong place.
