Today we went threw the drive threw window. Told them we had (2) different orders. Gave the name of the frist one,and was given the total. The second order was place and was given the total. When we got to the pick up (Employee) -Erick R. -W as so RUDE. Paid for the frist order..he was told what condiments to put in that order.Paid for the second order and was told what condiments to put with that order as well.When employee Erick R. gave us both orders he stated condiments was in one bag. (2) different orders. This EMPLOYEE Needs MORE Customer Service Training.Also this is the second time I came thew the Drive threw and he was there and was Rude then.Today: March 1,2025)Saturday)Drive -Thru. My order was the Steak bowl ,And the Orange chicken bowl. Both was AWFUL. They taste was not fresh. And more customers service Training is needed for the employees. Read moreSuch a let down! We had high hopes for the establishment and that went right down the tube. Placed our order via Panda Express mobile app for inside pick up. The inside of the restaurant is lovely however the service is not. We understand being frustrated because of how busy a grand opening can be, but that’s what businesses should be prepared for! It’s as if customer service no longer exists and it’s so disheartening. Our food was barely subpar. The chicken teriyaki was rubbery/inedible, the “crispy beef” didn’t even taste like meat 😳. We ordered AND paid for the 12 piece Rangoon and only received 3 pieces. I submitted a request for contact regarding a refund for my over payment and never heard back from anyone. Read moreHorrible place to stop in for food. Customer service is awful. I was with family & I started to pay for my food with my card in the card machine, my sister told them she was paying and to stop my transaction and they agreed. Well, my sister paid cash for the meals BUT they still charged my card! So they were paid twice. I disputed it with the Manager but they didn’t care even though I explained they charged for my meal twice! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a Complaint as well.
