We had an incredible time at this distillery in Gonzales, Texas! The rum is made in-house from just one barrel, giving it a truly unique and unforgettable taste. Rosy, the manager and bartender, was super friendly and made our visit even more special. She crafted a one-of-a-kind mojito using their Immortal 32 rum, and it was absolutely perfect! Her creativity shined when she made us a dragon fruit mojito from her own recipe – a delicious masterpiece!
