Edit: After leaving this review both the owner of the company and the pilot called to apologize and offered us a $ compensation. Because I didn't delete this review, they never sent me the compensation which makes me skeptical of how many people they've bribed to delete bad reviews...

Terrible experience, don’t recommend. When we arrived this super young pilot comes out in shorts, barely talks to us. Once we were up in the air for 5 mins we hear him ask for permission for landing. I asked him why we were going back and he said “something was dirty in the motor but he couldn’t explain it in words I would understand”. We landed safely, he made us get off, and had us call customer service for a refund. Nobody gave us any explanations or apologies or even blinked an eye at the fact we were back after 5 mins. While I appreciate that they prioritized our safety by turning around, the lack of customer service left us feeling extremely mad and...

Great view and good price. Taking off one star due to not being able to understand the pilot. The headsets were quiet and we could barely hear and understand the pilot telling us about the history of the place. I’m taking off another star for bad air circulation. I would suggest for the company to figure out something with the air conditioner because it was hot outside (80-85 degrees) and much more hot inside the plane. There was rarely any fresh air inside the plane. 30 minutes you’re able to handle in the planes hot conditions but not more than that. Another great add-on was they took a picture of my significant other and I by the plane, printed it out and gave it to us...

"The view was fine, and the route along the Miami skyline was also good. But the pilot really ruined the experience for us. He was short-tempered, grumpy, had the wrong attitude, and, on top of that, was barely understandable during the flight.
