The most incredible customer service and experience I’ve ever had in probably any store I’ve been to! The designer was there and was the sweetest, most approachable person with amazing knowledge on her products. She helped me find exactly the right style and fit for my body! Liz was also extremely helpful and kind!! She had so much patience with my millions of size and kini try on requests. Never thought buying a bikini would be such an enjoyable and fun experience, but Berry Beachy makes sure it is! They even have the most beautifully aesthetic fitting room with neon signs, pink lush decor and a huge full body mirror. Perfect for them cute mirror selfies! Last, their swimwear has always been one of my very top favs because the material, print, design, & price is unbeatable! Not happy with customer service. I ordered a Bikini on Friday and paid extra for it to be delivered to me the next day. Once I purchased the order it stated they would notify me when the order would be shipped, I received no notification and no order delivered. When I emailed to inquire they just said they don’t know why USPS had been delayed with a sad face emoji. Then I replied asking specifically why did they not notify me about when they sent shipment out and they simply just sent me a photo notification of proof that it was done. The response was simply “yes the order was delivered on Friday”, no resolution no apology no research as to why USPS is delayed, or if it is something that happens often. And if it is something that happens often then why pay extra???. Very unprofessional customer service , I like their bikini’s but...

I will never buy from this company again simply because of their return policy or lack thereof. Actually really liked the bikini top I received just prior to our vacation. I ordered two different patterned swim tops in two different sizes each as I was unsure of the fit. The smaller size fit better in both patterns so I packed those and left for vacation. Went to return the larger sizes the day after our vacation and come to realize that 1) they do not offer refunds only exchanges and store credit. 2) There is only a 14 day window to make the exchange. Now I am stuck with two swim tops that are too large and am just out those dollars. This is NOT a company I want to work with again. This is not a “return” policy and these practices should be illegal when shipping products to people and then not give them an option...
