Dollar General — Local services in Graceville

The staff is amazing, however the manager seems to leave alot to be desired. The store is a persistent 90+ degrees, with no sign of being fixed. The manager has a lovely crackhead energy about her, being flighty and well very strange acting. Used to shop here alot, however lately your sweating in 5 mins, and the coolers are always empty because the refrigeration units can't operate under the heat load. They have to remove heat to cool, and with a 90+ external temp they will not function. The store appears to run well , however the staff seem very stressed as they are unable to cool off whilst wearing all black. Did the upper management forget this is FLORIDA, all black and no air is going to lead to danger. All in all I rate 3 stars not for the lower staff, they're awesome, but for the lack of care the store manager...

I Love Coming To This Place When I Get Off Of Work Or When I Am On Break Or Just Off in General. The real reason why I love Coming because one of the cashier Justus Is so friendly and sweet but kind also polite. He is very helpful, showed me where I needed to go to find an item I was looking for. Dollar General Is way better than Family Dollar Also Justus Is Very awesome and I love to come in when he be working he would always greet me and my friends from time to time by saying "Hello Welcome To Dollar General!." I love this place keep up...

I truely like the Dollar General stores. I would appreciate it if the check out person would be more helpful. I just left Graceville Dollar General.....after I checked out I looked up, the checkout person was walking away, my heavily filled bags were dangling on the bag rack. So I was left to finish loading my purchases myself. I would think this is poor customer service. Today wasn't the first time I've had a bad experience...
