After many years of doing business at this store, we have given them our last dollar. Robert and Billie Jo were wonderful and spoiled us with their excellent customer service and by being so helpful every single time we came in. The new manager (I don't know his name), is a patronizing jerk. Since he has taken over the store itself is a mess, things always laying around and he talks down to you like your are an idiot, even when he is the one that is wrong and sold you the wrong item. I called another store to get the name of his boss and they were not even surprised by the treatment I received when I explained the situation. I left several messages with the district manager, Dan.
