I suppose this rating would be higher if there was a method to the madness. Went to three gates and the third one told me I had to go back across the street for a scale ticket even though I scaled out when I loaded. Then you have to go to the office and Jack around in there for ten minutes. Nice guys in there though. They did fix the unload area but that's the next issue... If they are going to have to run every single pallet into the warehouse why is there not two loaders or fork trucks. What should've been a ten minute unload turned into thirty plus with his four minute round trips. I wish places like this understood we make money moving not sitting. After all this I still have to return a piece of paper to the office and then another to the gate guard (was also nice)....

This place smells terrible and causes the surrounding city to smell (including atomized metal or "snow"). both the Union and Management employees are horrible, unprofessional and downright misreable to deal with. Wait times for pick-ups and drop offs are atrocious; expect to wait hours at their sub-par driver(s) areas. I wouldn't recommend working here or dealing with this company...

Truck drivers: if you're here to pickup coils, go to 1508 Madison Ave, thats where you scale in first. THIS address is just a corporate...
