My husband & I are blessed to live near Pamlico Packing & the the Cross family. Whenever we want top shelf seafood we call Don or Doug & they hook us up w/ the freshest, most high-quality shrimp, oysters, crabmeat, scallops, clams, flounder (any fish we ask for) to throw on the grill or steam pot. Tonight we got some Pamlico Sound hand-peeled & deveined 26/30s (shrimp) & Steven grilled them to perfection w/ a Jamaican jerk marinade. Was recommended to me by people who said the seafood was great. I bought 5 pounds of large peeled and deveined shrimp and 5 pounds of large heads off shrimp. Unfortunately the peeled and deveined was badly freezer burned lots that didn’t get deveined. I just threw the whole bag in the trash. I haven’t thawed the heads off yet but not feeling confident.
