So, I had a delivery here yesterday and it wasn't until 1600. They allowed me to go ahead and drop without making me wait for dock hands to unload. It was great. However, when I went to open the doors, I realized that during either transit to the rail or on the rail the load had shifted. The guys on the dock took care of it without any of the product falling all over the ground or me and they take forever to get the 4 messed up pallets squared away! I was impressed for sure. Thank you ECOLABS Team!!!!! It's 5 from me!!

I was checking 4:20 pm 11/17/23 Shipper said come back to couple hours lm go back to shipper another guy there he said your load is not ready I’m checking in the morning again 6:30 AM 11/18/23 same guy he come back couple hours 😳 9 Am I got door I don’t know when they’re start loading I think 🤔 I’m staying one 1️⃣ day more 😂 So lazy employer I’m never 👎 time come to back here Ecolab 👎

Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to no parking other than in the fire lane. It's very busy here with all the trucks parking anywhere they can get. Unloading time was under 2 hrs It's one way in an out no overnight parking is available

Negative stars from me, 2nd time here both were terrible, today I have a 3pm appt, check in at 2pm lady takes my # says I will call you with a dock in a few mins its shift change, I here nothing so at 4pm I walk in and told load is being pulled and it will be at 7pm , no call at 7 I go in at 730 and told still not ready. Finally at 850pm I'm put on a dock, lost my clock here and will be late for delivery. Load here at...

I don't know what all the fuss is about here. I got here at 11:30 with a 1:30 appointment. I was in a door by 12 and out by 12:30 with a full truck load. I'd come here any day. And it's not as tight as everyone is portraying. You can turn around at the front half of the building and then back up and parallel park wherever there's a spot. Have your 101 number ready for pick up. Good dog area at the end of...
